• Christmas dinner buffet (specified below)
• Free-flowing beer, wine and water from 18:00–22:00
• 2 hours of skiing, including equipment rental and ski pass
• Guided tour of the recreational area with a CopenHill guide (for guests who do not wish to ski)
• 5-Event Challenge in the recreational area (for guests who do not wish to ski or join the guided tour)

  Tables will be reserved for the group in the Ski Café from 18:00–01:00.

• Herring with Fyn-grown Ingrid Marie apples, served with apple curry salad
• Breaded plaice fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon wedges
• Eggs topped with prawns, herb mayonnaise, dill and lemon pearls
• Honey-roasted duck breast with Christmas salt, served with homemade red cabbage with redcurrant juice
• Homemade liver pâté with bacon, pickled yellow beets and cranberries
• Classic Danish meatballs served with beetroot tapenade mixed with cornichons
• Christmas salad with fennel, cardamom-pickled plums and roasted hazelnuts
• Freshly baked rye bread, Øland wheat sourdough bread and butter
• Cheesecake with forest berry compote on a Christmas-spiced crumble base
