Ready to Ski

WELCOME TO COPENHILL!

To make sure that you get the best experience, we've made a short welcome video for you which we recommend watching before your first visit at CopenHill.
The video has English subtitles and will take you through the entire process:

In addition to the information in the video, we want to make you aware of the following:

  • Before you go skiing, you always have to book a ski time online, even though you're a season ticket holder. That way we ensure that there is never too many skiers on the slope, and that you get a great experience without using all of your time standing in a que. Read more about the booking terms and conditions here.

  • It's important for everyone's experience on the ski slope that the surface is not damaged. Therefore, you are not allowed to walk on the ski slope, neither with shoes or ski boots (except in case of emergencies).

  • In order for your skiis to slide smoothly on the slope, always remember to rub your skiis over the silicone pillow at the top of every lift, so your skiis are ready to go. That improves your skiing experience along with ensuring that your skiis don't get damaged. Please note that the silicone from the ski slope can stain your clothes in case of contact, e.g. if you carry your skies over your shoulder or fall on the slope.

  • We hope that you will spend some cozy hours with us in the bar as well as the restaurant after your skiing experience. At times, it will be busy, so remember to book your table in advance, if you want to make sure to get a table.

  • During your visit on the ski slope, you are situated on top of a power plant. The sensitive censores at the plant, which registers that everything is under control, will occasionally cause the alarms to go off. If that happens, the ski slope will be evacuated in a controllable manner for a short period of time. In most cases, you are eligble to receive a refund for your skiing time as a voucher, which can be used at a later time. You can read more under our Terms and Conditions here.

Practical information can be accessed below.
